“…Previously, Elhadi et al has reported a case of multiple stones in within both pelvises of a patient presenting with duplex renal collecting system. 5 Their patient management consists of several stages, including a nephrostomy into the left lower moiety due to the inability to identify an additional ureteric orifice leading to the lower moiety, followed by antegrade double J stent insertion. Two weeks later, they used f-URS in conjunction with semi-rigid URS to fragment the stones with a laser.…”
