Two Manganese(II) Complexes with a Bulky Fluorene‐Based Carboxylate Ligand: Syntheses, Crystal Structures, and Luminescent Properties

Abstract

To explore the coordination possibilities of fluorene-based ligands, two manganese(II) complexes with the ligand 9,9-dibutyl-9Hfluorene-2,7-carboxylate (L) were synthesized and characterized: [Mn 2 (L) 2 (DMF) 3 ] ∞ (1) and [Mn 2 (L) 2 (DMF)] ∞ (2).
