Two-loop corrections to radiative electroweak symmetry breaking in the MSSM

Abstract: We study the O(α t α s +α 2 t ) two-loop corrections to the minimization conditions of the MSSM effective potential, providing compact analytical formulae for the Higgs tadpoles. We connect these results with the renormalization group running of the MSSM parameters from the grand unification scale down to the weak scale, and discuss the corrections to the Higgs mixing parameter µ and to the running CP-odd Higgs mass m A in various scenarios of gravitymediated SUSY breaking. We find that the O(α t α s ) and O(α… Show more

“…In the Higgs sector we include in addition the known 2-loop corrections to the Higgs mass from the MSSM [114][115][116][117][118][119]. However, this does not include 2-loop corrections stemming from the extended neutrino and sneutrino sectors, where we can have sizable Yukawa couplings.…”

“…For our numerical analyses we use SPheno [40,41] created by SARAH [42][43][44][45]. This version performs a complete one-loop calculation of all SUSY and Higgs masses [46,47] and includes the dominant two-loop corrections for the scalar Higgs masses [48][49][50][51]. We have extended SPheno by incorporating routines to calculate the fine tuning as presented in [15].…”

“…For this purpose we use the SPheno version [78,79] for the GNMSSM created by SARAH [80][81][82][83] which has been presented in [55]. This version performs a complete oneloop calculation of all SUSY and Higgs masses [84,85] and includes the dominant two-loop corrections for the scalar Higgs masses [86][87][88][89]. In addition, it calculates the decay widths and branching ratios of all SUSY and Higgs particles.…”
