Two Complications following Needle Biopsy of the Liver

Abstract: Two cases of hepatic bleeding following percutaneous needle biopsy of the liver are recorded. Both required laparotomy and both settled on drainage of the entrapped hamatoma. In the course of the discussion the literature on homobilia is briefEy reviewed.
