Abstract:Introduction: Twisting of the spermatic cord is part of urological emergencies. It can occur at any age with a predilection for children and adolescents. There is no literature on spermatic cord torsion in octogenarians, probably due to its rarity. The majority of recent studies show spermatic cord torsion in patients under 55 years of age.
