Twisted scroll wave dynamics: partially pinned waves in excitable chemical media

Abstract: We present an investigation of the dynamics of scroll waves that are partially pinned to inert cylindrical obstacles of varying lengths and diameters in three-dimensional Belousov–Zhabotinsky excitable media.
