Türkiye'de sağlık çalışanları arasında koronavirüs salgını nedeniyle yaşanılan zorluklar, kaygı, depresyon ve tükenmişlik sendromunun incelenmesi

Abstract: Amaç: Yeni tip koronavirüs (COVID-19) pandemisi dünya çapında sağlık çalışanlarını gerek fiziksel gerekse ruhsal açıdan etkileyecek birçok zorluğu beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada amaç, COVID-19 pandemisi sürecinde görev alan sağlık çalışanlarının karşılaştıkları zorlukların, kaygı yaratan durumların belirlenmesi ve tükenmişlik sendromu ve ilişkili faktörlerin değerlendirilmesi ve risk faktörleri için bir çerçeve sunulmasıdır.
