Abstract: Son dönemde Türkiye ekonomisinde yaşanan fiyat istikrarsızlıklarının reel sektörü etkilemeye başlamasından dolayı politika yapıcıların fiyat istikrarsızlığına neden olan faktörleri tespit edip, buna uygun politikalar üretmesi elzem hale gelmiştir.
