Turkish Housing Market Dynamics: An Estimated DSGE Model

Abstract: In this article, we investigate the underlying driving dynamics behind house price variations in Turkey by estimating a dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) model in which the housing market and collateral constraints are included.
