Turbo codes for telemedicine applications

Abstract: Telemedicine is an emerging technology in the area of remote medical services. It involves real-time communication between patients and healthcare providers through electronic equipment for diagnosing diseases. Biomedical signal processing is the process of measurement and analysis to deliver required information for doctors to make decisions.
