“…The PLQY is 14.3% and 11.1% for Cs 2 K x Ag 1Àx In 0.99 Bi 0.01 Cl 6 and Cs 2 Li y Ag 1Ày In 0.99 Bi 0.01 Cl 6 , respectively. Yan et al [152] have synthesized Cs 2 SnCl 6 :Bi and Cs 2 SnCl 6 :Sb double-perovskite crystals by solution method, and they studied the effect of annealing temperature on emission properties. The PLQY of Cs 2 SnCl 6 :Bi decreases from 68.9% to 50.8% due to annealing at 300 C. They indicated that the decrease is due to the increase in V Cl after annealing at 300 C. Interestingly for Cs 2 SnCl 6 :Sb, the PLQY increases from 19.8% to 41.6% due to annealing.…”
