Tunguska dark matter ball

Abstract: It is suggested that the Tunguska event in June 1908 was due to a cm-large ball of a condensate of bound states of 6 top and 6 anti-top quarks containing highly compressed ordinary matter. Such balls are supposed to make up the dark matter as we earlier proposed. The expected rate of impact of this kind of dark matter ball with the earth seems to crudely match a time scale of 200 years between the impacts. The main explosion of the Tunguska event is explained in our picture as material coming out from deep wit… Show more

“…the mass) of the bound states, is presumably rather much dependent on this mass. Thus by a rather round about way Froggatt and I obtained a mass prediction 285 GeV for the bound state [39]. More directly but basically by the same method I estimate [9] a mass of 4m t = 690GeV from this requirement that the "condensate" vacuum be degenerate with the 'present" one.…”

“…• But at least for dark matter [36,5]we have a proposal inside the Standard Model although in a slightly complicated model with bound state of 6 top + 6 anti tops and a new vacuum with a Boson condensate of such bound states. Balls made from material much like white dwarf-star-stuff, but surrounded by a skin seperating a vacuum phase with the bound state condensate from a phase without this condesate and of the size like a pearl and a weight 10 8 kg make up the dark matter (about one astronmic unit between one ball and the next.).…”

“…Only bound states -of 6 top + 6 anti top quarks -and condensates of such bound states are needed, but no new fundamental particles. [5,36] • 5. Do we not need a special inflaton field, r can we use the Higgs field.…”

“…That the idea, that the Kimberlite pipe volcanoes [27] should have been caused by some impact from outer space, is not completely crazy might be evidenced from that it not only C.D.Froggatt and me [2], who have this thought, but also Paszkowski and Mietelski [1], who consider this possiblity and find it viable.…”

“…
A certain type of extinct volcanoes called Kimberlite pipes [27] have been suggested by Colin Froaggatt and myself [2] as well as by Mariusz Paszkowski and Jerzy W. Mietelski[1] to be the result of the impact of some "mysterious" material of some type invented by high energy physicists, such as strangelets [49], or our own new phase etc. .
