Abstract: Tumour-induced osteomalacia due to thymolipomaTumour-induced osteomalacia (TIO) is a rare paraneoplastic syndrome due to secretion of fibroblast growth factor-23 (FGF-23) from tumours located in extremities or head and neck and rarely in the thorax.
