Tumor protein expression of BRCA1 and development of lethal prostate cancer.

Abstract: 65 Background: DNA repair genes including BRCA1 are commonly altered in metastatic prostate tumors. However, mutations and copy number aberrations in these genes are rare in primary tumors.
