Tumor Modeling

Abstract: The number and variety of deterministic and stochastic models of solid tumor growth are increasing rapidly and are indicative of the complexity of the mechanisms involved. We outline below some of the theoretical approaches that are being used to model tumor growth and associated processes such as carcinogenesis and tumor angiogenesis.
