Abstract:Sonodynamic therapy (SDT) is a rapidly developing, safe, and noninvasive method for tumor treatment. SDT relies on ultrasound to stimulate the activity of sonosensitizers, induce the production of many reactive oxygen species (ROS), and mediate tumor cell death.
