Abstract: While tumor emboli are a rare cause of stroke in cancer patients, they highlight the importance of gross observations and pathological assessments in the evaluation of clots. In this case report, a 70-year-old male with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary artery disease presented with acute left-sided weakness.
