Abstract: Granular cell tumor (GCT) is an uncommon bening lession, pressentig as an asympmtomatic mass, less than two centimeters in diameter. The origin is still unknown, althougt it's suspected to be neural (Schwann cell), because of immunohistochemical studies. It can appear in any part of the body, but the head and neck region is the most common (50%).
