Tuberculous Radiculomyelitis Presenting in a Toddler With Lower Extremity Weakness and Seizure

Abstract: Tuberculous radiculomyelitis is an uncommon but serious complication of tuberculosis that can lead to considerable morbidity and mortality. We present the case of a 21-month-old male Congolese refugee diagnosed with tuberculous radiculomyelitis who presented with gradual motor and speech regression, and likely an infection-related seizure 2 months before diagnosis.
