Tuberculosis of the calcaneum masquerading as Haglund's deformity: a rare case and brief literature review

Проведено обследо-вание и лечение 37 подростков, в том числе оперативное-у 18. Определение морфометрических параметров пяточной кости, при проведении рентгенографии последней, является необходимым методом обследования для уточнения диагноза, определения тактики и планирования оперативного лечения. Определяющим рентгенологи-ческим параметром для выбора метода лечения, является величина угла пяточной кости по A.Fowler и J.F.Philip. Оперативное лечение включало краевую резекцию бугристости Хаглунда и иссечение ретрокальканеальной сумки. Ключевые слова: спорт, синдром Хаглунда, диагностика, лечение. Annotation. Presented the analysis of the results of diagnostics and treatment of teens with the syndrome Haglund. Examination and treatment was performed of 37 teens, including operational of 18. The determination of morphometric parameters calcaneus is a necessary method of examination for diagnostics, determining tactics and planning surgical treatment. Determining radiographic parameter for selecting the method of treatment is the value of the angle of the heel bone of A.Fowler and J.F.Philip. Surgical treatment included marginal resection and excision of Haglund tuberosity of retrocalcaneus bag.
