Tuberculoma of the Spermatic Cord

Abstract: Objective and importance: Tuberculoma of the intrascrotal cord is rare. There were only 8 other cases reported in the English literature. Clinical presentation: A 40-year-old man presented with a painless mass in the left scrotal region. Preoperated frozen section showed it to be a tuberculous lesion.
