Abstract: Background: Several societies published recommendations for latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) screening before biological and targeted synthetic diseasemodifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) but not for other in ammatory arthritides such as spondyloarthritis (SpA).
