True versus Mild Hyperthermia during Isolated Hepatic Perfusion: Effects on Melphalan Pharmacokinetics and Liver Function

Abstract: Hyperthermic antiblastic isolated hepatic perfusion (IHP) with melphalan has been recently proposed as an alternative therapeutic option for patients with unresectable liver tumors.
