True Isolated Deep Femoral Artery Aneurysm Treated with Endovascular Technique: Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract: In this paper, we aimed to report an alternative endovascular treatment in a patient with an isolated deep femoral artery aneurysm. A 49-year-old male patient, with no comorbidities, was admitted with right limb pain, mainly in the thigh, associated with a weakness and difficulty walking. The patient was submitted to a duplex ultrasound, that suggested a deep femoral artery aneurysm, with 6 cm diameter, confirmed with CT angiogram.
