“…Roque et al . (2007) reported a coefficient of 0·40 for true Ca absorption of dicalcium phosphate offered to sheep fed diets according to NRC (1985) recommendations for growing lambs. Their value is in close agreement with that observed in the current study for the group receiving either 12·5 g of dicalcium phosphate/day, which provided the same amount of Ca as in Roque et al .…”
