Trousseau Syndrome in a patient on Direct Oral Anticoagulant use: A Case Report

Abstract: Background: The Three Territory Sign (TTS) is a radiologic marker of ischemic stroke associated with malignant neoplastic diseases (Trousseau Syndrome) and corresponds to a rare stroke etiology.
