Abstract: Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a rare disease affecting many systems. TTP may be associated with fever, thrombocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, kidney and neurological dysfunction. Central nervous system and kidneys are frequently affected by TTP.
