This article examines the evolution of approaches to the content of venture capital based on the evolution of venture capital and venture capital investment, post-industrial society, institutional theory, and experience of forming the venture capital market in developing economies. Hypotheses of the functioning of venture capital in the transforming economy of the UAE and China are proposed and tested. An economical and mathematical model for assessing the efficiency of venture capital functioning has been developed. It was found that there is a particular relationship between the national characteristics of the country’s venture capital industry and the capital invested in innovative industries, as well as the production efficiency of these industries. Moreover, the attractiveness of venture capital investments somehow increases with investments in other sectors in both countries. Since the Chinese market evolved earlier than UAE, it has the most remarkable characteristics, including higher capital workforce ratios and higher exports of science and technology-intensive products. In addition, the Chinese market has a high level of development and focuses on a sustainable financing cycle than UAE.

The airlines in Indonesia consist of full-service carrier (FSC), medium service carrier (MSC) and low-cost carrier (LCC) category. FSC has some characteristics where the baggage policy is free up to 20 kg, available in food, beverages, magazines, entertainments such as audio and video, economic or non-economic flight classes, executive lounge facilities and classrooms, and seating spaces. Preliminary research conducted in one of the FSC airlines showed some consumers complained about customer satisfaction issues. Based on these problems, the research objectives are to measure customer satisfaction of FSC airlines, to identify problematic service criteria with fuzzyservqual and PGCV index, and to design a system improvement using the TRIZ Method. The result of services quality measurement described that there are 12 criteria unsuitable for the passenger's expectation. The results of TRIZ analysis obtained suggest for improvement such as the placement of professional flight attendants when flying, providing support facilities such a waiting room to increase passenger convenience, placing expert staff for sympathetic information that can be accessed by passengers.

La enseñanza y el aprendizaje en la historia ha sido un asunto complejo que produce diversas inquietudes, en este trabajo se pretende la elaboración acercada de una cartografía conceptual de la didáctica de la investigación científica, basado en la dinámica del proceso de formación investigativa presente en las carreras de grado y programas de posgrado, lo que se considera favorecerá el futuro en la disminución de los conflictos, debates y polémicas que existen en torno a este tema y fortalecer su aplicación en el contexto, se hace uso de una metodología de investigación cualitativa que busca comunicar, aclarar, mejorar o proponer nuevos conceptos, teorías o metodologías con base en el pensamiento complejo y el desarrollo social del conocimiento, esta metodología se basa en analizar un concepto mediante cuatro ejes, los cuales son: noción, categorización, caracterización y diferenciación, los principales resultados el aporte de la definición que se adapta a los nuevos tiempos y modelos pedagógicos que a través de su base conceptual buscan ofrecer un servicio educativo de calidad incorporando a su corpus de ideas los aportes de las corrientes contemporáneas del pensamiento como la neurociencia, neurolingüística, disciplinas que han aportado nuevas perspectivas sobre la complejidad del pensamiento y los procesos intrapsíquicos que un docente debe considerar al momento de planificar didácticamente una actividad de estudio.
