Triple cancers concurrently detected in a case of antitranscriptional intermediary factor‐1γ antibody‐positive dermatomyositis

“…The most common cancers are those of the ovaries, gastrointestinal tract, lung, and breast, as well as non‐Hodgkin's lymphoma . However, triple cancers associated with DM are extremely rare, and our case was unique in that three cancers were discovered simultaneously, despite the fact that all cancers were asymptomatic. The present case was diagnosed with DM based on typical cutaneous features along with muscle weakness.…”
