Abstract:Objectives: In this study, the effects of triiodothyronine (T3) on neurospheres isolated from SVZ of AD induced rats were examined. Methods: Eighteen male Wistar rats were classified into two groups: Sham (Sh) and STZ (Streptozotocin injected, 1.5 mg/kg in each lateral ventricle on days 1 and 3 after recovery).
