Triggering of the finger at the wrist due to a leiomyoma arising from the lumbrical muscle of the middle finger

Abstract: suggesting that paediatric trigger thumb is an acquired phenomenon (Shah and Bae, 2012).Although the aetiology of paediatric trigger thumb has not been clearly established, it is likely that there is a multifactorial aetiology with a congenital component, which this case series supports.
