Trifascicular heart block, genetically inherited or hyperkalemia-induced; a rare case report

Abstract: We report a case of trifascicular block with hyperkalemia, due to a familial heart block and/or hyperkalemia. The patient's symptoms and electrocardiogram (ECG) evidence of trifascicular block resolved with correcting serum potassium level. This patient was also diagnosed with a progressive familial heart block (PFHB) type I.
