Trichoscopy as a clue to the diagnosis of scalp sarcoidosis

Abstract: The orange spots seen at trichoscopy of lesions in scalp sarcoidosis may represent a clue to the diagnosis of this condition. Dystrophic hairs may indicate granulomatous activity.
