Abstract: Trichilemmal carcinoma (TC) is a rare, malignant, cutaneous adnexal neoplasm derived from the external root sheath of hair follicle, commonly seen in elderly males in the seventh to ninth decade. It commonly affects the sun-exposed areas and has an indolent course.
