Abstract: Este documento tiene por objetivo examinar tres casos de alta concentración de derechos y usos de agua subterránea en México. Éste consta de cuatro secciones; la primera es la introducción donde se define qué se entiende por el agua y se presenta el contexto de uso y medición de agua subterránea en México.
