Trends and Food Technology Gap in Global Food Policy

Abstract: This paper presents an argument to call for more focus in food technology innovation in food policy. Failed food policy had bring devastated results. Some examples of failed food policy can be seen through three famine cases (Ireland, India and North Korea) discussed here that occurs throughout the 20th century.
