Trends and challenges in implementing plans for innovative development of Russia

Abstract

The article analyzes strategic documents aimed at implementing plans for innovative development of the economy, identifies trends and analyzes some results of implementing strategies for innovative development of Russia. The authors identified the problematic aspects of the implementation of the plans, as well as identified possible directions for adjusting the strategy of innovative development.
