Abstract. The amin abdulllah’s thought is birth by the background of the dichotomous phenomena between religion and science can’t be united and stand donelike there is dividing wall each other. To finish the problem of dichotomical science, Amin Abdullah put out a paradigm of integration-interconnection that is now used by UIN Sunan Kalijaga to the development og the science. A paradigm of integration-interconnection that connect between religion and science. By integrating of scientific triangle, that are: hadlarah an-nash, hadlarah al-ilm, and hadlarah al falsafah. The religion and science have relevant relantionship to education in university. The paradigm of integration interconnection will be solution to dichotomis between religion and science. The method would be used is deepen of library with a journal, article and other. Spider Web dan Shajarah al-'Ilm merupakan dua konsep integrasi agama dan ilmu yang populer di Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKIN). Konsep pertama dimiliki UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, sedangkan konsep yang kedua dipunyai oleh UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Oleh sebab itu, artikel ini fokus untuk mengulas hadis integratif dalam kedua konsep integrasi agama dan ilmu tersebut. Artikel ini menyimpukan bahwa dalam Spider Web, hadis berada dalam h} adha> rah al-nashsh yang berdialog dengan h} adha> rah al-'ilm dan dijembatani oleh h} adha> rah falsafah. Di dalam konsep tersebut juga terdapat kata "sunnah" dalam arti normatifnya dan h} adi> th dalam makna historisnya ('Ulu> m al-Di> n), yang kemudian berinteraksi dalam al-Fikr al-Isla> mi> dan Dira> sat Isla> miyah di kluster selanjutnya. Sementara dalam Shajarah al-'Ilm, hadis Nabi menjadi sumber pengetahuan bersama ilmu-ilmu hasil observasi, eksperimentasi, dan penalaran logis. Dalam metafora konsep tersebut, posisi hadis berada di batang dan dilakukan pembelajaran secara bertahap dan tertata rapi. Kajian dilakukan mulai akar dahulu, kemudian batang, lalu dahan dan ranting, dan diakhiri oleh buah ilmu, iman, amal saleh, dan akhlak yang mulia. Lebih lanjut, artikel ini menemukan beberapa perbedaan antara kajian hadis integratif dalam kedua konsep tersebut, yakni pertama, interaksi keilmuan hadis yang lebih bebas dalam Spider Web, dan munculnya hadis sebagai inspirasi yang tentunya memberi warna baru bagi ilmu pengetahuan dalam Shajarah al-'Ilm; kedua, integrasi hadis yang filosofis dan disukai pegiat studi Islam dalam Spider Web, dan integrasi hadis yang aplikatif dan lebih disukai oleh saintis dalam Shajarah al-'Ilm; dan ketiga, hadis dalam Islamic Studies lebih berkembang dalam Spider Web, dan hadis dalam ilmu umum lebih bisa berkembang dalam Shajarah al-'Ilm.

Based on The main cause of internal conflict in a security service provider company, which is usually caused by the problem of conflicting expectations, namely dissatisfaction with compensation for wages, overtime and Jamsostek that are not in line with the expectations of security members, finally found several other causes of conflict. The right solution is of course very much needed to provide satisfaction to all security members. By identifying the factors that play a role in the dimensions of internal conflict resolution between personal security and security service providers, related to organizational communication, it is hoped that a conflict resolution model can be built in companies that are experiencing internal conflicts based on organizational communication. Methodand research design using qualitative research with a case study design (case study). This research case study is related to the problem of internal conflict between workers (security personnel) and security service providers. The key informants in this research are Security Members, Security Service Provider Employees and several other supporting informants. It turns out that the problem of conflict of expectations is the most dominant factor in the occurrence of conflict so that conflict resolution related to the dissatisfaction that causes the conflict is to build a conflict resolution model.
