TreeSAAP: Selection on Amino Acid Properties using phylogenetic trees

Abstract: The software program TreeSAAP measures the selective influences on 31 structural and biochemical amino acid properties during cladogenesis, and performs goodness-of-fit and categorical statistical tests.
