Tree Reconstruction using Topology Optimisation

Abstract: Generating accurate digital tree models from scanned environments is invaluable for forestry, agriculture, and other outdoor industries in tasks such as identifying biomass, fall hazards and traversability, as well as digital applications such as animation and gaming.
