Objetivo: Este artículo presenta un análisis exhaustivo del origen, la evolución y las tendencias actuales de investigación en la adopción tecnológica en el sector empresarial. Introduce una metodología innovadora para mapear el campo, y la integración de las dos principales bases de datos globales mejora la comprensión de las tendencias y la evolución de la investigación en este dominio. Metodología: realizar un análisis bibliométrico de la investigación global sobre la adopción tecnológica en la literatura del sector empresarial, buscando a través de las bases de datos de Scopus y Web of Science (wos) desde el año 2000 hasta el 2022. La literatura se clasifica y analizautilizando el esquema metafórico del árbol de la ciencia, empleando técnicas bibliométricas y herramientas como Bibliometrix, Gephi y Terms of Service. Resultados principales: se identificaron cuatro principales grupos que enmarcan la investigación actual sobre la adopción tecnológica en el sector empresarial: gestión del conocimiento, el factor humano en la adopción tecnológica, innovación y competitividad, y nuevas tecnologías para las organizaciones. Conclusiones: Este artículo contribuye al tema mapeando y estableciendo sus direcciones actuales y futuras de investigación. Además, confirma la estrecha relación entre elementos como la tecnología y la competitividad y el factor humano como elemento catalizador entre ellos.

Water safety and water governance are critical concerns, as water is a vital and finite resource that is essential for ecological processes, human survival, and economic and social development, requiring collaborative and coordinated work of all related actors. The subject literature is scattered and fragmented, making it difficult to identify the key contributions and understand the current state of research; however, these considerations are an increasing preoccupation. To address this issue, a scientometric analysis was conducted in this work to identify the main contributions in the field. The methodology of the research was divided into two sections: the first section presents a scientometric mapping, including an analysis of scientific production by country, journal, and author. The second section identified the main theoretical contributions through the use of the Tree of Science metaphor. The main subfields identified include social governance structures and capacities, drinking water management, and socio-hydrogeology and collaborative governance. This research provides valuable insights for decision makers to develop and promote effective strategies to improve water safety and participatory efforts.

Topic modeling is a Natural Language Processing technique that has gained popularity over the last ten years, with applications in multiple fields of knowledge. However, there is insufficient empirical evidence to show how this field of study has developed over the years, as well as the main models that have been applied in different contexts. The objective of this paper is to analyze the evolution of the topic modeling technique, the main areas in which it has been applied, and the models that are recommended for specific types of data. The methodology applied is based on bibliometric analysis. First, we searched the Web of Science and the Scopus databases. We then used scientometric techniques and a Tree of Science methodology, which allowed us to analyze the search results from the perspectives of classics, structure, and trends. The results show that the USA and China are among the most productive countries in this field and the applications have been mainly in the identification of sub-topics in short texts, such as social networks and blogs. The main conclusion of this work is that topic modeling is a versatile technique that can complement systematic literature reviews and that has been well-received in different academic and research contexts. The results of this study will help researchers and academics to recognize the importance of these techniques for reviewing large volumes of unstructured information, such as research articles, and in general, for systematic literature reviews.
