The nding was higher than the national target by 2020 in which only <10% should have unfavorable treatment outcome [3] and aggregated 17.3% unfavorable treatment outcome reported by Molie et al in 2019 [27] in the country and other similar retrospective studies, 23.2% [5] in Addis Ababa and 23.68% [28] in Southern-Ethiopia.
