Treatment of Traumatic Corneal Abrasions: A Three-Arm, Prospective, Randomized Study

Abstract: Purpose: To compare three different treatment modalities for traumatic corneal abrasions. Methods: We conducted a prospective, randomized, masked, three-arm clinical study of patients presenting with superficial corneal foreign bodies.
