Treatment of the atrophic upper and lower jaws using dental implants: rehabilitation of two complex cases

Abstract: Basically the subgingival suture is similar to that of subcutaneous skin suture technique. An absorbable suture was used to make buried stitches in a region of the sub-epithelial connective tissue and simple interrupted or vertical matrix suture was carried out to complete the flap closure.
