Treatment of subhepatic abscess due to complicated perforation of gastric ulcer

Abstract: Formation of abdominal abscesses with perforated ulcers of the stomach and duodenum with conservative treatment ranges from 3% to 14%. The main strategy for their treatment is a minimally invasive puncture treatment. A case of a patient’s late treatment of 56 years with a perforated giant gastric ulcer, the formation of a subhepatic abscess and its drainage into the lumen of the stomach is presented.
