Abstract:Objective: We intend to demonstrate the functional results of a patient with post-traumatic radiocarpal arthrosis due to a scaphoid nonunion advanced collapse who underwent surgical treatment with proximal row carpectomy and capitate resurfacing with pyrocarbon implant.
