Treatment of Ruptured Cerebral Aneurysms – Clip and Coil, Not Clip Versus Coil

Abstract: A combined microsurgical-endovascular approach can achieve the best outcomes for patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysms. Our findings support the policy of "Clip and Coil, not Clip versus Coil."
