Abstract:In young adult females, oral pyogenic granuloma predominates in the second decade of life. The gingiva is the most typical site of involvement. In this case study, a 16-year-old female patient was described who had a painless intraoral growth involving the soft tissue of the lower front teeth that bled profusely when being brushed and interfered with her ability to eat.
