Abstract: Treatment of multiple myeloma (MM) has evolved remarkably over the past few decades. Autologous stem cell transplantation, as well as proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulatory drugs, and monoclonal antibodies, has substantially improved the prognosis of patients with MM.
