Treatment of Infantile Spasms with Tetracosactide (Synthetic ACTH)

Abstract: We would like to report a patient who, while receiving tetra-cosactide (synthetic ACTH), developed a blood picture consistent with overwhelming infection. However, the clinical presentation was masked.
